Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and enjoy a warm welcome with a private transfer to Negombo. Check in at Villa Hundira and spend the evening relaxing after your journey. Overnight stay in Negombo.

Digana via Kandy

After breakfast, drive to Digana in the central hills, stopping en route at Kandy to visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic for blessings. Continue to Rukgala Retreat in Digana and check in. Spend the evening at leisure, surrounded by nature, and have an overnight stay.

Yoga & Meditation Caves

Begin the day with an early morning yoga session at Rukgala Retreat. Enjoy a guided walk to the serene meditation caves of Bambaragala, exploring gentle rock climbs and natural surroundings. Conclude the day with an evening yoga session to unwind and restore balance. Overnight stay in Digana.

Wellness & Nature Activities

After a morning yoga class, enjoy leisure time surrounded by forest and lake views. Participate in paddle boarding on the tranquil lake and indulge in a full-body massage by a locally trained therapist. An evening yoga or relaxation session is offered before an overnight stay at Rukgala Retreat.

After breakfast, drive to the southern coast and check in at Niyagama House in Galle. Relax and unwind after the scenic journey, enjoying the peaceful surroundings, an evening at leisure, followed by an overnight stay in Galle.

Yoga & Meditation in Galle

Start the day with an early-morning Hatha Vinyasa yoga class, followed by guided meditation and deep relaxation. Enjoy free time to connect with the natural surroundings, with optional evening yoga to close the day. Overnight stay at Niyagama House, Galle.
