Itinerary

  • Hotel Pickup: Start the day with a quick, early morning pickup from your hotel. Your guide will provide a brief overview of the safari activities planned for the day.
  • Scenic Drive to Wilpattu National Park: Pass through the beautiful scenery of the north of Sri Lanka. There are small villages, forests, and open spaces before arriving at the largest national park in Sri Lanka.
  • Safari Adventure: Embark on a full-day 4×4 safari through Wilpattu’s rugged terrain. Spot leopards, elephants, sloth bears, and a variety of birds while your guide provides insights into the park’s unique ecosystems.
  • Scenic Stops & Photography: Stop at scenic areas, ancient tanks, and waterholes, which are best for scenic stops and photography.
  • Lunch Break (Optional): You can take a break at a Rest Area close by or enjoy a break with refreshments while on the safari adventure among the WILD surroundings!
